Repository (Self-Archiving Policy)
The Innovative Journal of Medical Imaging (IJMI) supports the open dissemination of research and permits authors to deposit all versions of their manuscript in institutional, subject-specific, or other non-commercial repositories of their choice. This includes the Preprint, Author's Accepted Manuscript (AAM), and the Published Article (Version of Record). Authors may deposit these versions immediately without any embargo period. When archiving the Author's Accepted Manuscript or the Published Article, authors are encouraged to include the complete citation, DOI, and a link to the official published version where available.
Advertising Policy
The journal accepts online advertisements only. All advertisements must be separate from editorial content, and advertising does not influence editorial decisions or the journal's peer-review process. The journal does not endorse any advertised products, services, or organisations. Advertisements must be accurate, ethical, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Content that is misleading, offensive, discriminatory, or promotes harmful products such as tobacco or alcohol will not be accepted. The publisher reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that does not comply with the journal's policies. Article Processing Charge
There is no manuscript submission fee. All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment followed by a peer-review process. Upon acceptance, the following Article Processing Charges (APC) are applicable:
For Indian Authors: INR 5000 | For International Authors: USD 100
APC Waiver Request: Authors who are unable to pay the Article Processing Charges (APC), including students and research scholars facing financial difficulties, may apply for a partial or full APC waiver. Waiver requests should be submitted before or at the time of manuscript submission and will be reviewed individually. The Editorial Office will make the final decision regarding the waiver.
