Aim and Scope

Aim: The Journal of Microbial Health promotes high-quality research and scholarly communication in microbiology and its applications to human health, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, public health, and healthcare innovation. The journal welcomes original research, reviews, case reports, case series, editorials, technical notes and short communications covering microorganisms, infectious diseases, antimicrobial resistance, microbial diagnostics, epidemiology, microbiome research, biotechnology, and emerging microbial-health challenges.

Scope

Open Access & Licensing

The journal follows a full open-access model, making all published articles freely and permanently accessible online. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0)license, permitting reading, downloading, sharing, copying, and adaptation for non-commercial purposes with appropriate attribution.

Copyright

Authors retain full copyright of their published work. Authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, communicate, and archive their articles in print and electronic formats. Authors may reuse their work for teaching, research, presentations, and academic purposes with proper acknowledgement of the original publication.

APC Waiver: Authors, including students and research scholars experiencing financial difficulties, may request a partial or full APC waiver before or at submission.
