Case Reports / Case Series: 1,000–2,500 words highlighting unique clinical experiences or innovative approaches.
Short Communications: 600–1,500 words summarising preliminary or rapidly emerging findings.
Editorials (by invitation): 400–1,200 words addressing key issues, policy perspectives, or advancements.
Letters to the Editor: 300–800 words offering commentary or discussion on previously published articles.
Technical Reports: up to 1,000 words describing new techniques, tools, or procedures.

The New Era Medical Journal follows a full open-access publishing model to ensure that all published articles are freely and permanently available online without subscription or access fees.
